Processing/Shipping

We ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note, UNTRAPPED MINDS is not responsible for any delays via UPS. All shipping times are currently estimates and times vary due to issues relating to COVID-19 and the holiday season

Damages/Lost Packages

We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the BEST quality. Once items are sent out, Untrapped Minds is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at shopuntrappedminds@gmail.com. If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.

Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it, you will have to contact United Parcel Service (UPS) as it is now out of our hands. Number to call: 1(800) 742-5877
