All products on this site are made to order, so as a result we do not expect returns or exchanges. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct size and/or color as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you happen to receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us immediately at shopuntrappedminds@gmail.com with your name, order number, and proof of what items were defective or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right because here at Untrapped Minds we appreciate the support and the trust that you have in us.
